The Arkansas Insurance Department is please to announce a
new online renewal service called LEO. This service developed and managed by
Aithent, will allow both resident and non-resident producers to renew their
license electronically and pay by credit card. To find out more information
regarding LEO electronic license renewal, click

Important Tips for Electronic License Renewals:
-
Prior to attempting an electronic license renewal,
resident producers who are not exempt from continuing education should
check the License Division website Producer Continuing Education
Information to confirm that the Department records reflect
completion of continuing education. The continuing education provider
has 20 days to report the completion to the Department. The license
will not renew unless all continuing education requirements have been
met. To check continuing education on-line click
here.
-
The electronic license renewal must be completed on or
before the expiration date. You cannot electronically renew a license
where the expiration date has been exceeded nor can you reinstate an
inactive license.
-
If you have submitted a paper renewal do not complete an
electronic renewal to speed up the process. This will only slow up the
process and duplicated renewal fees will not be refunded.
