Fidelity Bond Program

The Risk Management Division provides staff for the Arkansas Governmental Bonding Board in the adminisration of the Arkansas Fidelity Bond Trust Fund Self-Insured Fidelity Bond Program. The Bond Program provides fidelity bond coverage for all State Agencies, Counties, Municipalities and School Districts.

The Arkansas Fidelity Bond Trust Fund provides coverage for actual losses sustained by the participating governmental entities through fraudulent or dishonest act or acts committed by employees or officials of the participating governmental entities reported during the Bond period.
