License Division

The License Division is responsible for the licensing and appointment of resident and nonresident producers (agents) and business entities (agencies) that are soliciting or selling insurance in the State of Arkansas. The division licenses individuals and business entities as agent producers, broker producers, adjusters, consultants, surplus lines producers, third party administrators and both viatical providers and brokers. Leo On-line Service - Make a payment through Leo On-line Service. Only active licensees who have completed all of their continuing education hours on or before their renewal date can make a payment. Catastrophe Adjusters - Effective 7/31/2009 Arkansas Law requires all adjusters coming into Arkansas to adjust claims as a result of a declared catastrophe to register with the Department.
