Please see Property & Casualty Filing Requirements for more information.

Filing Fees

Rule 57 Filing Fees:
All fees apply per filing—not per company or per form. A single fee covers any number of forms and any number of companies. For example, a filing with 20 forms for 2 companies requires only one fee.

FeeCost
Form Filing (New or Corrections)$50
Rate, Loss Cost, Changes to Loss Cost Multiplier, or Independent Rate Filing$100
Loss Cost, Adopting Advisory Org Loss Cost with no change to Loss Cost Multiplier$50
Rule Adopting Advisory Org Reference or Item Filing$50
Rule – Independent Rule Filing$50

Arkansas does not impose retaliatory fees for property and casualty insurance.

Electronic Funds Transfers (“EFT”) are required and due at the time of submission of the filing through SERFF.

Arkansas allows closed filings to be reopened upon request for minor corrections, scrivener’s errors, and effective dates. Submit your request through a “note to reviewer” or “post-submission update” through the filing.

Substantive changes or additions to closed filings must be made in a new filing with the appropriate fee.
