Arkansas Insurance Department Rule 13 and Rule 94 (effective July 1, 2008) sets forth the insurer requirements for the Long-Term Care Partnership program including forms that must be filed with the Department prior to marketing Partnership Qualified policies. Companies approved to offer Partnership Qualified policies will be posted to this site as forms are approved.
