Risk provides insurance services for participating state entities covered under the insurance plans of the Arkansas Public School Insurance Trust. Risk procures, by state bid, commercial insurance for multi line all risk, inland marine, boiler and machinery, flood, earth movement, terrorism, crime and commercial business auto insurance for participating state entities and negotiates renewals for each of the coverage lines.

School Properties other than Auto
Effective July 1, 2025, property insurance coverage other than auto for all state entities in Arkansas will be managed by the newly formed Office of Property Risk (OPR).
